The Office of Strategic Procurement and Contracts (SPC) is experiencing an extremely high volume of requests that we anticipate will increase substantially in November and December. In general, priority will be given to requests in the order that they are received. We will not be able to accommodate expedite requests, so it is imperative that you plan and take into account the following information. 

Please note that SPC will be closed during winter break.

Contract requests received in BCM after Monday, December 9th will most likely be reviewed after Winter Break.  

Please take this into consideration when submitting your contract review requests. If your contract requires negotiation or requires a new OIT Data Security Review (conducted by the Information Security Group - ISG) there is no guarantee the contract and/or Data Security Review will be completed and/or signed before Winter Break.

Please plan accordingly.
